KEPT is a limited edition publication that focuses on the widespread phenomenon of collecting, and aims to shed light on the significant value collections hold for designers. Collections are very visual things and the tangible objects creative people collect actually hold a lot of value in terms of design and aesthetic – even if they are outdated, mundane or disposable. KEPT highlights this. Each issue of the publication will have five chapters on the topic along with stickers and a ceramic collectible relating to the content inside, for the reader to start a collection of their own. This first issue features two real life designers and their collections, two articles on the topic and one collecting experiment.
